How To Install Docker On Ubuntu

Docker is a set of a platform for building application based on containers. It’s lightweight, portable and efficient. Docker removes the development of environment dependency. Using Docker develop application based on container very efficient and fastly.

Step 1: Update software repositories

Update ubuntu local software using the command line, open terminal

Allow all operations to complete.

Step 2: Uninstall old version of docker

For the latest docker need to remove all old docker file.

Step 3: Install Docker on Ubuntu

Step 4: Start and enable Docker

Step 5: Check Docker version (optional)

You can see Docker’s latest version on your machine.
